Refund policy

At Rawaqom, your satisfaction and trust come first. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

  • Free shipping on all orders inside Saudi Arabia.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • You can cancel free of charge any time before your order ships — just message us with your order number.

RETURNS — 30 DAYS

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by your receipt or order number

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Contact us at srawaqom@gmail.com or +962 79 670 4490 with your order number.

  2. Tell us the reason — and attach photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  3. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and pickup instructions.

Please don't send anything back before contacting us — unannounced returns can't be processed.

REFUNDS

Once your return reaches us, we inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 2 business days.

  • Paid by card / Mada / Apple Pay → refunded to your original card within 10–14 business days (your bank may add a few days).

  • Paid Cash on Delivery → refunded by bank transfer within 3–5 business days after we receive your IBAN.

For Cash on Delivery orders, we'll ask for your IBAN and account holder name. The name must match the name on the order.

FEES & EXCLUSIONS

  • Change-of-mind returns (the item is fine, you simply changed your mind) carry a 30 SAR handling fee, deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free.

  • Promotional and clearance items are final sale and can't be returned for change of mind.

Neither of the above applies if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — in that case you're always covered in full, including offer items.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost, and you won't pay any return shipping.
