Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and do returns within 7 days. 

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 - 15 business days depends on the payment method which the customer use it.

once you request a refund there will be15% operation fees will apply. 

Free shipping inside KSA. 

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You may cancel your order for free if the request is submitted before the item has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
